Wader Repair Service

Grundéns waders are built for people who depend on their gear. When you choose a pair, you’re not just buying something for one season, you’re investing in equipment that is made to last. We focus on durability from the start, using materials and construction methods that hold up over time in demanding conditions. At the same time, we know that even the best gear will eventually show signs of use. That’s why our waders are designed to be repairable, so you can keep using them instead of replacing them.
What Happens When Your Waders Start to Wear?
Most issues begin small. A pinhole leak after a long day, a small leak in the neoprene sock, or wear on suspenders from repeated use. These are normal signs of use, not product failure. If addressed early, they are usually straightforward to fix. Our repair service is there to help you deal with these issues before they become bigger problems, so your waders continue to perform as expected.
Dedicated Repair Service in Europe
To support long-term use, we offer a specialized repair service for waders within the EU, with repairs handled through our own factory in Portugal. This allows us to keep lead times reasonable and ensures that repairs are carried out by technicians who work with this type of product every day and understand how to restore its performance.
What We Can Repair
Most common wader issues can be handled through our repair service. This includes fixing leaks in foot and sock areas, whether caused by pinholes or seam issues, as well as repairing pinhole damage across the garment. We also replace worn or damaged components such as socks, buckles, gravel guards, and shoulder straps. The goal is always to return your waders to a condition where you can rely on them again.
Warranty and Long-Term Use
All Grundéns waders come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. After the warranty period, the product is still supported through our repair service. This means you can continue using your waders with confidence, knowing there is a solution when wear occurs. More details on our warranty policy can be found here.
