Grundéns Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Return Instructions

All online purchases can be returned or exchanged by shipping them back via UPS or PostNord.

A return shipping label is included inside your parcel — please use this label when sending your item(s) back.

Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in new, restockable condition and in original packaging.
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, laundered, or damaged unless there is a manufacturing defect.


📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Find the return label included in your original package.
- Repack your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).
- Attach the return label and drop it off at your nearest UPS or PostNord location.

Email us at info@grundens.se with your order number to let us know the return is on its way.

💰 Refund Conditions

- Refunds cover the cost of the merchandise only.
- Possible shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please keep your return tracking number until your refund or exchange is completed.

 

⚠️ Important Notes

Grundéns Regnkläder AB is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers or websites.

Final sale items and outlet items can only be returned unopened within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations.

Exchange fulfillment depends on item availability, delivery timelines, and weather conditions.

Grundéns Regnkläder AB reserves the right to change return shipping fees and conditions at any time.
